Instructions

All that is required is that you bring a cashier's check, U.S. Postal money order (NO CASH!) to the Hunt County Tax Office for the minimum bid amount of the property you wish to purchase. The buyer is responsible for paying the taxes that have occurred since the property was seized by us.
